Scott “Wino” Weinrich is a living doom metal legend. With The Obsessed, founded in the late 70s, he shaped the sound of an entire scene – dark, psychedelic, unadorned. In 1994, they released their milestone album “The Church Within,” which is still considered a classic today. Now the band is returning to the stage – and playing the entire album “The Church Within” live in its entirety, supplemented by a powerful best-of set from over four decades of band history.
Psychlona from the UK will open the evening with dusty, riff-laden desert rock.
